Provider Agreement

Effective October 5, 2026 · Version 2026-10-05-v2

The short version

1. Who this is with, and what it covers

This Provider Agreement is between you (“you”) and QuikCliqs (“we”, “us”). It applies when you ask us to verify your identity as a service provider and whenever you receive a homeowner's contact details through QuikCliqs. It works together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

You can sign up and send quotes without verifying. Verification is what unlocks a homeowner's address and contact details once they choose you.

2. Who can use this

You are at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. You offer your services as a business or as an individual, and you will follow the laws that apply to your work and to the places you work.

3. Verifying who you are

What you give us: a photo of a government-issued ID, a selfie, the name on the ID, and the type of ID. We may also ask you questions on a phone call.

What we do with it: a member of our team looks at the ID and compares your selfie to the photo on it, and we may call the phone number on your account to confirm it is you. We use this only to decide whether to verify you and to keep homeowners safe.

Your consent: by accepting this agreement you agree to that review, including a person comparing your face in the selfie with your ID photo. We do not use facial-recognition software. If we ever add automated face matching, we will tell you and ask for your separate consent first.

Who can see it: only the small group of QuikCliqs team members who do verification. Homeowners never see your ID or selfie. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it: we delete your ID photo and selfie 30 days after we decide your verification (approved or not), or sooner if you delete your account. We keep a short record of the decision (what we checked, who decided, and when) so we can answer questions and prevent fraud.

Your promises: the ID and selfie are yours and genuine, the information you give us is accurate, and you will keep it up to date. We can pause or withdraw your verification at any time, for example if something turns out to be wrong or a homeowner reports a problem. Verification confirms who you are. It does not confirm your licences, insurance, skills or the quality of your work.

We do not currently run a criminal background check. If we ever do, we will give you a separate written notice and ask for your authorization first, as the law requires.

4. Calls and texts

You agree that we may call and text the phone number on your account for verification, account security, and notices about your jobs. These are not marketing messages. We will not send marketing texts without asking you separately. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to a text to stop texts. Stopping them may limit our ability to verify you or notify you of jobs.

5. Homeowner information

When a homeowner chooses you, we share their address and contact details so you can do the job. In return you agree to:

  • use that information only to contact the homeowner about that job and to do the work;
  • keep it private and secure, and never sell it, share it, or post it, including photos of their home;
  • not contact them to sell anything unrelated, and stop contacting them if they ask you to;
  • stop using it, and delete it unless the law requires you to keep it, once you no longer need it for the job; and
  • tell us right away at support@quikcliqs.com if you lose or leak any of it.

6. Licences, permits and insurance

You are responsible for holding every licence, registration, permit and insurance policy your work requires, such as a state home-improvement contractor registration or a trade licence, and for being honest about them. Licence and insurance details you give us are self-reported unless we clearly say we checked them. Whether the homeowner or you pulls a permit is for you and the homeowner to agree, and the law decides who must.

7. Your relationship with homeowners and with us

You run your own business. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and we do not control how you do your work, set your prices or guarantee you any jobs or income. A job is an agreement between you and the homeowner, and we are not a party to it. We provide tools to help you find and talk to homeowners. Please settle disagreements directly with the homeowner first, and contact us if you need help.

8. Quotes and what you say about yourself

Be honest in your quotes, your profile and anything you tell a homeowner. Do not claim a licence, insurance, experience or a QuikCliqs badge you do not have, and do not describe “verified” as more than it is (see above). Honor the price and scope you agree with a homeowner, and tell them promptly if something changes.

9. Reviews, vouches and badges

Reviews and vouches must come from real customers about real experiences. You must not:

  • write, buy, trade or generate (including with AI) fake reviews or vouches, or ask others to;
  • offer anything, such as money, a discount or a gift, in exchange for a review or vouch, or make it depend on the review being positive;
  • pressure customers to leave only positive feedback, or hide or discourage negative feedback; or
  • ask a friend, relative or employee to review you without clearly saying how they are connected to you.

We may remove content or badges that break these rules. QuikCliqs does not reward anyone for vouching.

10. Treating people fairly and safely

Treat homeowners and their property with respect. Do not discriminate against anyone because of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age or any other characteristic the law protects. Do not harass, threaten or deceive anyone, and follow our Community Guidelines.

11. Pausing or ending your access

We may pause or remove your verification or your account if you break this agreement, if information you gave us is wrong, if a homeowner reports a safety concern, or if we need to protect people or comply with the law. We will tell you what is happening where we can. You may stop using QuikCliqs and delete your account at any time from your account page; deleting it removes your uploaded ID photo, selfie and portfolio photos.

12. Responsibility and limits

QuikCliqs connects people. We do not do the work, we do not supervise it, and we cannot promise a homeowner's honesty, a job's outcome or that the service will always be available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from work you do or from a homeowner's actions, and our total liability to you for any claim related to this agreement is limited to $100. You agree to cover claims brought against us by others that come from your work or from your breaking this agreement, except to the extent we caused the problem.

Nothing in this agreement limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

13. Accepting electronically

When you tick the box and submit, you are signing this agreement electronically, and that has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We record which version you accepted and when. You can ask for a copy at any time at support@quikcliqs.com.

14. Changes

We may update this agreement. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for important changes we will ask you to accept it again. If you keep using QuikCliqs after being told about a change, you accept it. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using QuikCliqs and delete your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

New Jersey law governs this agreement, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else. Before starting a dispute, please contact us at support@quikcliqs.com so we can try to fix it.

16. The rest

If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce something right away, that does not mean we give up the right to. You may not transfer this agreement to someone else; we may transfer it as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. This agreement and the documents it mentions are the whole agreement between us on these subjects.
