Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at another member or service provider
• Fake ratings, reviews, or job stories
• Sharing another person's private information without their consent
• Discriminatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Spam or content unrelated to home services and Cliq recommendations

Reporting content or a member

Any shared job story, note, or Cliq member can be reported directly from where it appears in the app. We review every report and take action — including removing content or blocking a member from a Cliq — within 24 hours.

Blocking

Any member can block another member of a shared Cliq at any time, independent of anything an admin does. Blocking hides that member's shared jobs and notes from your view.
